                                                                        Diaullaud Roland 

Diaullaud serves as Chair of the Center for African Liberty Forum and Policy Analysis (CALFPA). Prior to his affiliation with CALFPA, he was Director of the Pilon Institute, a research and educational organization dedicated to analyzing economic challenges in Côte d’Ivoire and proposing evidence-based policy alternatives.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Analysis from the City University of New York (CUNY) and currently serves as Chief Economic Adviser for the Economic Promotion Services of Côte d’Ivoire to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Diaullaud is committed to advancing the free flow of ideas to support policymakers in the design and implementation of effective, citizen-centered public policies.

His independent scholarship includes analyses of the war in Ukraine and China’s economy, including assessments of China’s prospects as a global economic leader. Diaullaud’s research centers on developing sound economic models that promote broad-based development and poverty reduction.

                                                                            Edwin Awasom 

Edwin Awasom, served as the Vice President of the Center for African Liberty Forum and Policy Analysis (CALFPA).  Mr. Awason is a State of Texas–certified peace officer with extensive experience across multiple law enforcement capacities. He has served with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, contributing to public safety and the effective enforcement of the law. His commitment to professional excellence and service has earned recognition and commendations from his command staff.

Mr. Awasom holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political and Public Administration, as well as an Executive Master’s degree in Administration of Justice. He is currently pursuing a PhD in National Security Policy. Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and traveling.

                                                                       Dr. Christophe Mwungura  

 Christophe Mwungura is a co-founder of the Center for African Liberty Forum and Policy Analysis (CALFPA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hardin-Simmons University. He hold a degree of Doctor of  Public Policy at Liberty University, with a concentration in foreign policy. His research focuses on foreign aid to Africa, with particular attention to aid conditionalities and institutional isomorphic mimicry.

Mr. Mwungura is fluent in Swahili, French, and English. He brings extensive professional experience from the corporate sector and has also worked with a refugee resettlement organization. He later transitioned to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), where he currently serves within the DFPS–SSCC TFI-Family program, supporting child welfare and family services.



 

                                                                                Kueth Yul  

 Kueth Yul is a co-founder, Treasurer, and Research Partner at the Center for African Liberty Forum and Policy Analysis (CALFPA). Prior to joining CALFPA, he served as President of the Board of Directors for the City of Goodyear, Arizona’s Public Improvement Corporation/Industrial Development Authority (PIC/IDA). He has also served in law enforcement agencies and has professional experience in child welfare and other social service settings at both the state and municipal levels.

Mr. Yul, holds a Master of Jurisprudence from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix (San Diego campus). He is currently a PhD student in Public Policy at Liberty University, with a specialization in national security policy. His research interests focus on the impact of violence on food security across African regions, with the aim of strengthening regional stability and informing improvements to U.S. foreign policy in East Africa.

Kueth Yul is honored to serve as a research partner with CALFPA, contributing to evidence-based policy advancement and reform initiatives across the African continent.
